Users must be created through the public registration form to ensure appropriate messaging and permissions.
The account registration form can be accessed via the Get Started button, located directly under the primary image on the homepage, as well as the Registration link on the login screen.
Users may either be prompted to create an account, or have an account created for them through the public registration form. Once created, they must be Activated.
